Shampora Srl delivers by express courier and offers the possibility to track shipments until delivery. We deliver to Italy and to few foreign countries. At the moment delivery is available in Belgium, France and Spain (with the exception of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipping to minor islands, to the communes of Livigno and Campione d'Italia and to the Principality of Monaco may be subject to a surcharge due to custom duties. Eventual custom duties or local taxes shall be borne by the recipient. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday). No deliveries are made on Italian public holidays. Saturday morning deliveries are at the discretion of the courier. Our experts between /5 and 19 working days to create your customised formula, then the package is picked up by the courier. You'll receive an email from the courier with the delivery information and your tracking number as soon as the package is picked up. The tracking number is also available in your Profile area. The Customer is responsible for verifying the information received by email or phone number after the purcahse and for tracking the shipment. If the tracking information is not updating, it could be that the package is yet to be picked up by the courier. In this case, we recommend you to try again the following days. Any request for assistance regarding the order status received before the passing of /10 working days may not be taken into consideration. The choice of the courier is up to Shampora Srl and is unappealable. However, the Customer may request to entrust the shipment to a specific courier among those already used by Shampora Srl. Any request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be accepted wherever possible
Delivery to the majority of locations in Italy takes an average 24/48 working hours from the moment the courier picks up of the package. For deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia or remote areas, delivery times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days. Delivery times are indicative and start from the moment the delivery confirmation email of the Products is sent to the Customer. The Custmoer will receive an email from the courier with the delivery information and the tracking number as soon as the package is picked up. The tracking number is also available in Customer Profile area. Once the order has been prepared and dispatched, the customer will receive an email from the courier with a tracking number they can use to inquire about the status of package and delivery of the products. Shampora Srl cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products by the courier. Delivery times may not be met due to force majeure (shipping strikes, bad weather, etc.), midweek holidays or periods of peak orders such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day. Any delay in delivery that does not exceed /30 days after the shipping date shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order. If the cause of force majeure lasts for more than /4 (four) weeks, the customer will not be entitled to some indemnifications or compensation of risen, except for the refund of the price paid.

The courier will notify the customer of the tracking number and estimated delivery date by email. The products will be delivered to the address entered by the Customer at the moment of checkout. Shampora srl shall not be held responsible for any mistakes/omissions (if the Name on the interphone doesn't match the recipient's Name or wrong zip code, street, apt. or phone number) that interfere with the delivery operations. In case the interphone is currently unavailable, we adivse you to place a note in a visbile position with relevant information for the courier in order to facilitate the delivery operations. Please note that the driver is not allowed to deliver the package to a different address, therefore any request to deliver to a different address than the one entered at checkout will not be considered. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping information are correct. In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the courier won't be able to get in contact with the recipient and the parcel will be stored in the local branch. The storage and the redelivery costs deriving from such errors shall be borne by the recipient. In case of absence, the recipient of the ordered package will receive an attempted delivery note from the courier, containing important information about how to contact the courier in order to arrange a new delivery. The courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice or send it to you via SMS or email. In case of failure to contact the courier, the parcel will be sent to a depot. The storage and the redelivery costs deriving from Customer's failure to contact the courier shall be borne by the recipient. If after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the package, the Customer will receive a note indicating the address of the location where the package is being held, where it will be kept in storage. The number of working days of storage varies according to the courier's policy. If the order is not collected within the available working days, the package will be returned to Shampora Srl. If the Customer requests a second delivery they must send an email to email@example.com. The relevant costs listed in the price list below will be applied, without any price increases on the part of Shampora Srl. It is not possible to raise objections to the delivery itself if the package is found to have been delivered. To this end, the courier's computer system takes precedence.
The payment of costs relating to the second delivery must be made in advance by credit card, PayPal or advance bank transfer.

**Refund: After /2 delivery attempts, the package will be stored in the local branch. If the parcel is not picked up within the available working days, it will be returned to Shampora srl. If the customer does not want a second delivery, they can request a partial refund of the order. The refund will be reduced by the amount of personalisation, shipping and storage costs, according to the value indicated on the price list.
