How long will it take to receive my order?
Our laboratory experts take up to 5-10 working days to develop the customized formula and create the products, after which the package is shipped. The shipping takes 1-3 working days according to the delivery area. When the courier will take charge of the delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also find your tracking code in your personal area, "My orders" section.
I've a problem with my shipment
Your order is in good hands: we work with the best national and international couriers as Fedex, Spring, Royal Mail, and others. After the order is shipped, you can track and manage your delivery autonomously: please check the communications sent by the courier.
Do you have a problem? Here's what you can request us:
- Second shipment of a shipment returned to the sender - € 14.70
- Tracking Code: go to your Profile Area

Modify a newly renewed subscription order
Forgot to change your subscription before renewal?
Remember that you have 24 hours to:
- Change the products
- Modify formula and/or fragrance
- Change the shipping address
Go to the Subscription / Hair Box section in your Personal Area to apply these changes in a few clicks. In case more than 24 hours have passed since your renewal, write to us at hello@shampora.com and we will try to help if we are still able to.
Cancel the Subscription / Hair Box service
Within every next renewal, you can cancel autonomously your subscription through your Account area ("Subscriptions / Hair Box" section), by clicking on "Cancel". Once the Hair Box service is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. Remember that, by cancelling the service, you will lose the benefits achieved. See the Terms and Conditions for more details. Alternatively, you can pause your subscription for 30 days. At the end of the pause, the subscription is automatically restarted according to the delivery frequency set by you.
Cancel a Subscription / Hair Box renewal order
It is not possible to cancel, refund or return a renewed order of a Subscription / Hair Box containing personalized products. If the renewed order includes Hair Color or other non-customized products, it is possible to request a partial or total refund according to the site's Terms and Conditions. We manage tens of thousands of subscriptions, therefore it is not possible to make exceptions to the Terms and Conditions. Remember to manage your subscription before the next renewal.
