Who manufactures my formulas?
The core ingredients that design your formulas are selected using a proprietary algorithm based on the answers you give during the consultation. Our team of researchers then further refine the formula to ensure you get your desired results.

Shampora provides customized products designed to meet the hair needs of the client. Thanks to our team of experts that cover every sector and cutting-edge technology, we're able to offer customized products, allowing you to create and buy the perfect Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In, Prime Mask, Active Water abundante Hair Color to meet your needs.
What's your mission?
Our mission is to promote uniqueness by creating hair products designed and tailored for each person.
Do they contain silicones?
Our hair care products do not contain silicones at the moment. We are considering how to let customers who want an instant effect add professional silicone to their customized formula.
Are they Vegan and Cruelty Free?
Yes, we are PETA Vegan and Cruelty Free certified. All our products do not contain animal-based ingredients, including the most used in cosmetics such as silk extract, honey and animal pigments. In compliance with Eurpoean Regulation, it is forbidden to test on animals. And even if it was, we wouldn't do that anyway.
Do they contain Ammonia?
No, our Hair Color products do not contain Ammonia, but an oder-free alternative: Cocamide MEA.
Do they contain silicones?
Yes, all our Hair Color contain professional silicone.
What do they not cointain?
Our hair care products do not contain Paraphenylenediamine, Ammonia, Resorcinol, Gluten, Parabens, Phtalates.
Are they Vegan and Cruelty free?
Yes, we are PETA Vegan and Cruelty Free certified. When do they expire?
We advise that you use our products within six months of them being made. Once opened, we recommend using them within 3 months.
Do you offer free samples?
No, because each formula is custom-made-to-order. As a result, we're unable to offer samples.
Where are the products made?
All our products are Made in Italy in our laboratory in Rome. We manufacture with the best EU Cosmetics standards.
I'm allergic to some ingredients, what can I do?
If you have allergies, or any doubts regarding ingredients, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be more than happy to help you (we usually respond within 24 hours).
I ordered the same formula as my previous order. Why aren't all the ingredients in the INCI list the same as before?
Our laboratory experts are always on the lookout for new, better-performing ingredients and new ways to process formulas. Don't worry if you notice that some ingredients differ in comparison to a previous formula, we can assure you that the results will be even better :)
Can I send the bottle back to be refilled?
This isn't possible at the moment.
Can I change my formula?
If you've already ordered your products, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, specifying the changes you'd like to make. We can change your formula up until the moment your order is made by our researchers.
How can I reorder my formula?
If you want to reorder your formula, simply visit your profile and click on "View your formula" and continue to purchase.
I'm not satisfied with my products, what can I do?
Your satisfaction is our number one goal. If you're not completely satisfied with your customized products, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 15 days after receiving your package.
How can I pay?
You can pay using Credit Card or PayPal.

Can I use special characters on my bottle?
No, we can't print special characters on our labels at the moment.
How can I cancel my order?
If you've just placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your products have already been made, we'll be unable to cancel your order. If the cancellation request is made after the 24 hour period, we're only able to cancel up to a maximum of 70% of the amount paid.

What about your curly hair?
- How thick is your hair?
Your hair is thin if you struggle to feel a strand when you hold it between your fingers.
Your hair is normal if you can notice a strand when you hold it between your fingers.
You hair is thick if you can clearly feel the thickness of a strand between your fingers.
- Are your hair frizzy?
Your hair is frizzy if humidity tends to make it messy, making it unruly and difficult to brush.
- What is usually your scalp condition?
Your scalp is irritated if it is itchy, burning or red.
Your scalp is oily if your hair gets dirty quickly and you need to wash it frequently (once a day/every 2 days).
Your scalp is prone to dandruff if white flakes often develop, leaving residue on your shoulders and clothes. This can often occur during the changing of seasons, referred to in this case as "seasonal dandruff".
The scalp can be in different conditions at the same time:
- Irritated with dandruff
- Irritated and oily
- Oily with dandruff
- Irritated and oily with dandruff
A healthy scalp has none of these characteristics.
- Do you have highlights?
Highlights refer to lightening treatments such as Shatush, Meches, Balayage and bleaching in general.
- How often do you go to a hairdresser?
Never or rarely.
- What kind of hair goals do you want to achieve?
We'd like to know your hair goals in order to select the best ingredients to create your customized products.
- What kind of scent do you want your products to smell?
You can select your favourite fragrance for your products. The scent is subtle and pleasant. If you have allergies or would prefer not to use a fragrance, you can choose the "no fragrance" option and have your products created scent-free. As a result the products will have a natural scent derived from the ingredients that make up the formula.
How can I change my password?
Simply login to your profile, click on "Edit Personal Information" and fill in the respective field with your new password. Don't forget to save it!
How can I change my phone number?
Login to your profile, select "Edit Personal Information", edit your number and click "Save".
How can I see the orders I've already placed?
Login to your profile and select "View your orders". Here you'll find all your previous orders.
